What is the USB flash drive Theft Protection Key?

The Theft Protection Key is a programming option whereby a system works only if there is a USB flash drive connected to it with a specific key-file stored on it. If a user unplugs the USB-key, the AL system will not power on. Each specific key-file is a randomly generated custom number different for every unit. Search the programming options or read your user manual to learn how to activate this mode. However, please note that once activated, this mode cannot be deactivated by the user. The Control Box must be sent back to the factory for reprogramming.
