I. SALES AND DELIVERY
1. Costs
Delivery costs are charged by Us – A-elektronik d.o.o. (Seller) to You (Buyer) in addition to the cost of the product itself. The cost of delivery is calculated based on the weight of Your Order. The delivery charges, which are negotiated rates with the courier of our choice, vary from €25 to €50 or more, depending on the required travel distance of your order.
We deliver worldwide, but if you are from a country where we have a local retailer, we might forward your inquiry to our local distributor.
Products are shipped from Croatia (EU). For shipments within the European Union prices with 25% VAT shall apply. For Non-EU Buyers, the applicable price is VAT excluded, and in that case the Buyer shall pay VAT or TAX applicable in their domicile Country upon delivery. If you are a registered trader in the EU with the VAT number, please contact us for a VAT excluded offer.
A-elektronik d.o.o. reserves the right to alter the above charges at any time without prior notice.
2. Order limits
In order to avoid fraud, these limits shall apply to every purchase: Total amount per purchase is €2000. The minimu order accepted for export is €240. All orders above or below given limits will be cancelled automatically. If you wish to purchase above the given limit, please contact us via the purchase form or e-mail.
3. Transport
A-elektronik d.o.o. will ship your order with the Courier of its choice.
Your order will be shipped once the payment has been authorized and the address has been verified.
If Your order is received before 12:00 noon CET We will use all reasonable efforts to ensure despatch of the order within one (1) working day of payment having been approved.
For orders received after noon We will use all reasonable efforts to ensure dispatch of the order within the next two (2) working days of payment having been approved.
However, if You live in a remote area, deliveries may take up to 6 days as per Courier’s delivery routes. Our Couriers deliver to almost all countries.
Item(s) will be delivered to the delivery address as shown on the Purchase Summary.
You will receive an e-mail notifying You of the date of dispatch of Your order and once dispatched You will be able to track it online through the Courier’s website.
Please note that once You have received confirmation of Your order, We will not be able to modify the order or change the place of delivery.
You will need to ensure that someone is present at the given delivery address to sign for and take delivery of the order when it arrives.
In the event that Courier is unable to deliver the order due to the fact that no one is present at the place of delivery, the Courier will attempt delivery one further time.
If on this second attempt Courier has still not been able to deliver the order, it will be returned to the A-elektronik d.o.o. Sesvete Croatia and You will be required to pay additional delivery charges in relation to the re-sending of the order.
4. Shipment insurance
A-elektronik d.o.o.insures each package during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to You. You will be asked to sign for any item(s) delivered, at which point all responsibility and risks for Your purchased item(s) pass to You.
5. Purchase records
A-elektronik d.o.o.will store a record of Your transactions for a minimum period of one year or longer as the law may require. Please note that for Your security, We only retain records of Your transactions on the A-elektronik d.o.o.Web Site; Your payment card details are sent directly through Our payment portal to the RBA Bank of Croatia and are not held on the A-elektronik d.o.o.Web Site servers or systems.
II. PRECAUTIONS
1. Suitability:
The Buyer acknowledges that they alone have determined that the Product will meet their requirements as to the intended use of said product in all cases. The Buyer must know and observe all prohibitions of use applicable to the Product/s.
2. Programmable Products:
The Seller shall not be responsible for the Buyer’s programming of a programmable Product.
III. WARRANTY AND LIMITATION
1. Warranty:
The Seller guarantees warranty coverage for a period of 2 years. The products will be free of defects in materials and workmanship in this time period starting from the date of sale by the Seller to Buyer. The products purchased directly from Us are automaticly registered in our registered products database, but keep your original purchase Invoice in case of a required service under warranty.
2. Limitation on Liability:
THE SELLER AND AFFILIATES OF THE SELLER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS OR PRODUCTION OR COMMERCIAL LOSS IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH THE PRODUCTS, WHETHER SUCH CLAIM IS BASED IN CONTRACT, WARRANTY, NEGLIGENCE OR STRICT LIABILITY. FURTHER, IN NO EVENT SHALL LIABILITY OF A-ELEKTRONIK D.O.O OR ITS AFFILITATES EXCEED THE INDIVIDUAL PRICE OF THE PRODUCT ON WHICH LIABILITY IS ASSERTED.
IV. INFORMATION; ETC.
1. Intellectual Property:
The Buyer acknowledges that the Products are proprietary. The intellectual property embodied in the Products is the exclusive property of the Manufacturer and is neither granted nor otherwise transferrable by any rights of ownership of the Products. The Buyer shall not duplicate or otherwise reproduce any Product, in whole or in part. The Buyer shall not, directly or indirectly, register, apply for registration or attempt to acquire any legal protection for the Products or any proprietary rights therein in their own name or take any other action that may adversaly affect rights in the Products of their respective owners. The Buyer acknowledges and agrees that the Manufacturer has acquired various patent rights, copyrights, trademarks, trade names, and other trade designations and intellectual property with respect to the products or services; that no right, title or interest in or to any such patents, copyrights, trademarks, trade names, and other trade designations and intellectual property shall pass to the Buyer. All rights, benefits, and interest that arise from the use of any of such items shall belong and inure exclusively to the Manufacturer and the Buyer hereby acknowledges all such rights, benefits and interests in favour of the Manufacturer.

2. Change In Specifications:
Product specifications and description may be changed at any time based on improvements or other reasons. It is standard practice to change part numbers when published ratings or features are changed, or when significant engineering changes are made. However, some specifications of the Product may be changed without any notice.
3. Errors And Omissions:
The information on This website or in other documentation has been carefully checked and is believed to be accurate; however, no responsibility is assumed for clerical, typographical or proofreading errors or omissions.
4. Import/Export Controls:
The Buyer shall comply with all applicable laws, regulations and licenses regarding import/export of the Products or information provided by A-elektronik do.o.
V. MISCELLANEOUS
1. Waiver:
No failure or delay by the Seller in exercising any right and no course of dealing between the Buyer and the Seller shall operate as a waiver of rights by the Seller.
2. Assignment:
Buyer may not assign their rights hereunder without the Seller’s written consent.
3. Law:
These Terms are governed by Croatian law. Application of United Nations Convention on the International Sale of Goods (1980) is excluded.
4. Amendment:
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the Buyer and the Seller relating to the Products, and no provision may be changed or waived unless in writing signed by both parties. The relationship between the Buyer and the Seller under these Terms is that of buyer and seller, and the Buyer shall have no right and shall not attempt to enter into contracts or commitments in the name of or on behalf of the Seller or to bind the Seller in any respect whatsoever. Nothing herein shall be construed to make the Buyer a joint venturer, partner, agent, servant, franchisee or employee of the Seller, and the Buyer shall not have the power to bind or obligate the Seller.
5. Severability:
If any provision hereof is rendered ineffective or invalid, such provision shall not invalidate any other provision.
VI. CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS
Your satisfaction is Our number one priority.
Should You wish to cancel Your order and return or exchange the item, please contact us within 15 days of receipt of your purchase. Do not ship your products to Us before contacting us. You will bee given your RMA number and directions for returns. Items must be returned in a new, unused and resalable condition, and in original packaging. This product is subject to a restocking fee if returned for reasons other than transport damage. Credit will be issued upon proof of return and inspection of the item with a reduction of 25% for the restocking fee and any return shipping costs.
